Since 1975, the Cultural House of Sevan has been operating. Here, one can get a comprehensive introduction not only to Armenian culture but also to the distinctive features of the city of Sevan. The Cultural House is home to a folk theater and the “Sevan” Folk Dance Ensemble. It has a hall with a capacity of 500 people, and the building also includes administrative facilities such as offices and dressing rooms. In addition to the large hall, smaller events can also be hosted in a smaller hall.
The Cultural House offers more than just these features; within the building, you can also find a centralized library system, an art school, a boxing gym, and, since 2019, the Sevan Business Center.
1975 թվականից ի վեր Սևանում գործել է մշակույթի տունը։ Այստեղ կարելի է բազմակողմանիորեն ծանոթանալ թե հայկական մշակույթին, թե Սևան քաղաքին բնորոշ առանձնահատկություններին։ Մշակույթի տանը գործում է ժողովրդական թատրոնը և «Սևան» ժողովրդական պարային համույթը։ Մշակույթի պալատն ունի 500 հոգու համար նախատեսված դահլիճ, շենքում կան նաև ադմինիստրատիվ ենթակառույցներ՝ աշխատասենյակներ, հանդերձարաններ։ Բացի մեծ դահլիճը, կարելի է զուգահեռ միջոցառումներ իրականացնել նաև փոքր դահլիճում։
Մշակույթի տունն այսքանով իրեն չի սպառում, շենքում կարող եք գտնել գրադարանների կենտրոնացված համակարգը, արվեստի դպրոցը, բռնցքամարտի դահլիճը և 2019 թվականից ի վեր նաև Սևանի բիզնես կենտրոնը։
