Mane Seroyan
Hello.
I am Mane, 22 years old, and I am a television and film director by profession, as well as a photographer.
I am happy that I am from Sevan and that I can be useful and use my strengths and abilities for the development of Sevan. And now I am even happier because, thanks to the great efforts of the young people from our Sevan Youth Club, a new wonderful place will soon open in my city—the Bohem Art Studio Teahouse. For art lovers and creators, like myself, Bohem will provide an opportunity to not bury talent underground but to bring it out, use it, develop it, grow it, and serve it for good and noble causes, love, and warmth. I could write a lot about Bohem, but I will say the most important thing: in every 1 cm of Bohem, which you will touch, lies our endless love and warmth. And as we know, LOVE is the beginning and the answer to everything.
Soon, very soon, our Bohem will also become yours.
With love, visit our teahouse and become Bohemian too. 🙂
This version is essentially the same as the previous one but with the added title “BOHEMIANS” and “The Bright Faces of My City” as part of the introduction. It reflects Mane’s pride in her city and the opening of a creative space designed to foster art and community.

Ես Մանեն եմ, 22 տարեկան, մասնագիտությամբ հեռուստա-կինոռեժիսոր, լուսանկարիչ։
Երջանիկ եմ այն փաստով, որ ես սևանցի եմ, որ կարող եմ օգտակար լինել և իմ ուժերն ու կարողություններն օգտագործել Սևանիս զարգացման համար։ Իսկ հիմա ավելի քան երջանիկ եմ, որ իմ քաղաքում, մեր՝ Սևան երիտասարդական ակումբի երիտասարդներիս մեծ ջանքերի շնորհիվ կբացվի մի նոր հրաշալի վայր՝ Բոհեմ արվեստանոց թեյարանը։ Բոհեմը արվեստասեր և արվեստով զբաղվող մարդկանց համար, որոնցից մեկն էլ ես եմ, կտա հնարավորություն չթաղել տաղանդը հողի տակ, այլ հանել ու օգտագործել, զարգացնել, մեծացնել, ծառայեցնել հանուն լավ ու բարի գործերի, սիրո ու ջերմության։ Բոհեմի մասին կարող եմ շատ երկար գրել, բայց կասեմ ամենակարևորը, որ Բոհեմի ամեն 1 սմ․-ի մեջ, որը դուք կշոշափեք, դրված է մեր անսահման սերն ու ջերմությունը, իսկ ինչպես գիտենք ՍԵՐն է ամեն բանի սկիզբն ու պատասխանը։
Շուտով շատ շուտով մեր Բոհեմը կդառնա նաև ձերը։
