A few months ago, the “Let There Be Light” program—a series of joint meetings organized by the Sevan Youth Club and the Vazgenian Seminary—announced a creative contest under the title “Let There Be Light”, inviting short stories and photographs inspired by that theme.
The winners of the creative competition had been announced long ago, and finally, on March 5, the long-awaited gathering of participants took place. The meeting unfolded in a warm and engaging atmosphere.
Participants first visited the Holy Archangels Church of the town, followed by a brief city tour to get acquainted with Sevan’s history. The final destination was the Sevan Youth Club, where everyone gathered around a tea table, got to know each other better, and enjoyed engaging conversations.
At the end of the meeting, certificates of participation were awarded, and the winners received books as prizes. Without a doubt, this gathering will not be the last—it will spark future collaborations, friendships, and creative partnerships. In the end, the once-abstract phrase “Let There Be Light” will grow wings and gain a soul.
