Today, our city has entered a severe level of destruction.
Our organization was the first on the web to say the words, “You saw what they did with the killing and slaughter and to see who was the creator of the destruction.” Several, important coniferous trees have been destroyed overnight. All of us who care find this to be intolerable in our town on Nairyan street. From what we know from the Regional Development and Research Center NGO from Satik Baddeyan addressing the architecture department of our city shows that certain buildings were privatized a few years ago. Though, the buildings were privatized, the trees were not registered in this agreement.
For us we fight day and night for our city, but it would appear that our efforts have been in vain. Why is there only 7 square meters for our city to claim as its own? We stand to protect the land that belongs to us as citizens and those who will come after us.
That is why we work every day to convince the youth of our city that they will have a city to inherit. If we do not work to protect every stone and tree, we will slowly lose all things that bring beauty to our city. We need to create a common goal in our community to keep our city beautiful and strengthen our goals. The actions of only a few moments will have repercussions for the rest of our lives and we need to act now.
It seems like we have given up, but we never will…
