Having lived in Sevan since the day I was born, I don’t recall there ever being a place here where you could visit with close friends, simply sit down, chat, and perhaps, even take a brief break from the daily routine. But now, my dream and the wish of the people of Sevan (as well as those visiting Sevan) is gradually coming true. Soon, Bohem will be the place where people can come, step away from the daily hustle and bustle, and I am sure smiles will appear on their faces—something we sadly don’t often see.
I am convinced that through Bohem, the number of visitors to Sevan will increase, which in turn will contribute to the development of tourism. Bohem must become Sevan’s visiting card.

Ապրելով Սևանում ծնվածս օրից` չեմ հիշում, թե արդյո՞ք երբևէ մեզ մոտ եղել է մի վայր, որտեղ կլիներ մտերիմների հետ այցելել , պարզապես նստել, զրուցել, ինչու չէ, նաև մի պահ կտրվել առօրյա հոգսերից: Իսկ հիմա իմ և սևանցիների (նաև պարզապես Սևան այցելողների) ցանկությունն իրականանում է աստիճանաբար : Շուտով Բոհեմը կլինի այն վայրը, ուր այցելելով ` մարդիկ մի պահ կկտրվեն առօրյա թոհուբոհից և համոզված եմ ժպիտ կհայտնվի մարդկանց դեմքերին , ինչը ցավոք շատ հաճախ չենք տեսնում: Համոզված եմ , որ Բոհեմի միջոցով Սևան այցելողների թիվը կշատանա , որն էլ իր հերթին կնպաստի տուրիզմի զարգացմանը : Բոհեմը պիտի դառնա Սևանի այցեքարտը:
