The creation of a healthy cultural, ideological, and overall meaningful environment for the youth in Armenia is a pressing issue that is being addressed with varying levels of success, both at the national and community levels. However, it often fails for one simple reason: even when resources are allocated to solve this issue, everything begins and ends with the organization of individual events—concerts, exhibitions, and other activities. These are one- or two-day events that have minimal impact or, at best, result in the opening of new “cultural institutions.” This approach is fragmented and doesn’t address the real problem, as it does not take into account the true interests of the youth, nor does it provide the opportunity for young people to actively participate. Instead, people are relegated to the role of mere spectators. There is also the issue that there are no professional staff members capable of finding a contemporary and understandable language to engage with the youth.
However, when efforts are made to implement long-term projects, the results are different. These projects do not merely offer tickets to concerts or exhibitions, whether free or not, brought by a folk ensemble from Yerevan, which ends the next day and doesn’t become part of the city’s fabric. Instead, the focus is on creating local cultural groups, literary clubs, and discussion platforms, providing opportunities for young people to engage in cultural, intellectual, and social growth in an ongoing, everyday environment. These spaces foster genuine connections and offer a platform for youth to interact and evolve.
I believe that the idea behind “Bohem” is directly aimed at filling this gap, and I am confident that the people behind this project, like Gohar Mnatsakanyan, who are well aware of the city’s unique characteristics and the issues faced by its youth, are fully capable of making “Bohem” a unique space for the activation of young people and the exchange of ideas. This is why I could not remain indifferent to supporting such a project. I am ready to participate in every way, whether in its creation or ongoing operations. I wish the entire team success!

Մասնագիտությամբ իրավաբան, հոգով բանաստեղծ, խառնվածքով պայքարող :
- – Երիտասարդության համար առողջ մշակութային, գաղափարական և ընդհանրապես բովանդակային միջավայրի ստեղծումը Հայաստանում արդիական խնդիր է, որը տարբեր աստիճանի հաջողությամբ փորձ է արվում լուծել, ինչպես համապետական, այնպես էլ համայնքային մակարդակով, որը հաճախ ձախողվում է մի պարզ պատճառով, որովհետև անգամ երբ այդ խնդրի լուծման համար հատկացվում են միջոցներ, ամեն ինչ սկսվում և ավարտվում է առանձին միջոցառումների՝ համերգների, ցուցահանդեսների և այլնի կազմակերպմամբ, մինչդեռ դրանք մեկ կամ երկու օր անցկացվող միջոցառումներ են, որոնց արդյունավետությունը նվազագույնն է, կամ լավագույն դեպքում նոր «մշակութային հիմնարկների » բացմամբ: Էս ամենը հատվածական բնույթ է կրում և չի լուծում իրական խնդիրը, քանի որ հաշվի չեն առնվում ո՛չ երիտասարդության իրական հետաքրքրությունները և ոչ էլ հնարավորություն է տրվում երիտասարդին մասնակիցը լինել այս ամենին. մարդուն ուղղակի վերապահվում է դիտորդի դեր, էլ չասեմ որ չկա համապատասխան մասնագիտական անձնակազմ, որը կարող է երիտասարդի հետ գտնել շփման ժամանակակից ու հասկանալի լեզու:
Այլ բան է երբ փորձ է արվում երկարաժամկետ նախագծեր իրականացներ, որոնք հնարավորություն կտան ոչ թե տոմս գնել կամ թեկուզ անվճար գնալ Երևանից եկած որևէ ժող. անսամբլի համերգին կամ ցուցահանդեսի, որը ավարտվում է հաջորդ օրը և քո քաղաքի մի մասը չի դառնում, այլ ստեղծել տեղական մշակութային խմբակներ, գրական ակումբներ, քննարկման հարթակներ, որոնք հնարավորություն են տալիս ամենօրյա ռեժիմում աշխատել երիտասարդների հետ, հարթակ դառնալ երիտասարդության համար մշակութային, ինտելեկտուալ, հասարակական գիտակցության աճի, հետաքրքիր շփման համար: Կարծում եմ “Բոհեմի” գաղափարը հենց նման բացերի լրացմանն է ուղված և վստահ եմ, որ քաղաքի առանձնահատկություններին, երիտասարդության խնդիրներին լավատեղյակ մարդիկ են համախմբվել էս գաղափարի լուծման համար՝ հանձինս Գոհար Մնացականյանի, որոնք պիտի ի զորու լինեն «Բոհեմը» դարձնել յուրօրինակ տեղ երիտասարդների ակտիվացման, գաղափարների փոխանակման համար: Թերևս այդ պատճառով չէի կարող անմասն մնալ նման ծրագրին աջակցելուց և այսուհետ ևս պատրաստ եմ ամեն կերպ մասնակից լինել, թե կայացման, թե ընթացիկ այլ աշխատանքներին: Ամբողջ թիմին մաղթում եմ հաջողություն:
